If I could give this place zero stars I would. It has the worst service from anywhere I have ever ate. The food isn t even that great but I have never got my order correct so I have never had the chance. I waited 30 min for ice for my tap water because she didn t put ice in it to begin with.
We went to have breakfast just a few days ago. The hostess took us to our seats right away., gave us menus and told us our waiter would be right with us. We sat at the table with 3 different waiters walking around us doing things with other customer and not one of the stopped to ask us what we wanted to drink or to ask us if we were ready to order. We sat there 15 minutes waiting to be waited on by one of the many waitresses that were there and no one ever came to talk to us. While waiting there to be waited on, a couple of people came in and was being led to their table and when they got to their table a waitress asked them what she could bring them to drink, before the couple ever got to sit in their seats. There is no excuse for this and there are now 3 adults that will never go there again and will not give this Bob Evans a good review and will not recommend this one to anyone else!!!
