We as a family enjoy the great value on Wednesday at our local Spaghetti Warehouse (5th Street) because it is $5 spaghetti night. I can say we get takeout 2-3 times a month, usually on Wednesdays and the occasional time we get a buy 1 get 1 coupon. Other than that, the menu is a bit hefty for a family of 5, but we always get a good product. The last time we ordered we got our usual, 3 $5 spaghettis w/ meat sauce and one side of spaghetti noodles & a side of alfredo sauce, as my wife does not agree with tomatoes so well. I say we ordered our usual because we order this 2-3 times a month, without any problem (w/ the side of spaghetti and alfredo it comes close in price to the $5 spaghetti). This time, we were given the spaghetti w/ alfredo sauce and were charged over $10! When we called, my wife had the pleasure of speaking to the General Manager Kelly, which normally means customer satisfaction is of the utmost concern. Not this time. He was rude to my wife and said that they were trying to curtail that sort of thing... Curtail orders from paying customers? You mean to tell me someone with a tomato allergy, or allergies to something in the particular spices contained in red sauce and the answer Spaghetti Warehouse has is to gouge them on a substitution? How much is a side of spaghetti, a side of alfredo, I m sure this is no strange 1-time occurrence....Would you not accept the order of someone wishing to order alfredo on the side to possibly mix with their red sauce, or to dip their breadsticks? This man was rude, unapologetic for price-gouging, and offered no solution, acceptable or otherwise. Until he is moved on, I suggest to eat the food exactly the way they say if you want to be able to afford your rent, or tuition.

Went there last night. Very friendly greeters, and the food was so tasty. I had pasta with shrimp and clams; my husband had spaghetti with grilled chicken and mushrooms, and daughter had chicken tetrazinni - all wonderful, and the sourdough bread was great and plentiful. Desert - tiramisu, and the brownie sundae. Only low point was the salad was all iceberg lettuce. No green whatsoever. But everything else was perfect!

Me and my family had dinner last night for my son's 13th Birthday. We should have left right away when I went to the bathroom. It was very nasty . A few ladies complained to a worker who was in the bathroom, she just agreed yes it is nasty . Nothing was done to tidy up. The floors in the area we were sitting in totally disguisting. My son and I ordered the platter that could be shared , the extra dinner plates came out , dirty, food was caked on the inside of the plate and underneath the plate wet , soggy food from the dishwasher . We sent the plates back to only get more plates that were foul and nasty . Complained about it and we heard laughter about it from the workers. Other plates arrived that were just as dirty ... off night the worker said . By the time we got clean plates we couldn't even think about eating the food for fear the platter that it was on might be dirty underneath where the food rested .Called the manager just got off the phone , he apologized said he wasn't there . Said he will have to talk with his staff and retrain them. Retrain them , really... clean plates are a must all the time.. They don't need a talk from the manager . Should not matter if the manager is there or not clean plates always a must !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guess what we spent 80.00 for food we couldn't eat . Thinking of calling health department , maybe this would shake up their lazy attitude about cleanliness . There is no stars to rate this because I wouldn't give it even a half a star . I have been going to this place ever since it has opened it's doors , I have spent tons of money over the years and I have a large network of family and friends that have always gone for family functions and business meetings .Guess what , there are better places in town . Save your money and your stomach .

Where do I begin!!! Awful food, I actually think I have had canned pasta that tastes better than this! We actually had to send our first entree back. We have never done that before, ever!!! But that's not even it. Do not, forget your stuff here!!! It will not be there when you remember trust me! I forgot my brand new sunglasses, and on our way back I realized it so we called right away. The sunglasses were gone, vanished in less than an hour!!! They even went so far as to point fingers at costumers, and anyone else except themselves. I am pretty sure they were laughing on the phone, when I asked for any sort of reimbursement for my sunglasses which were lost in their restaurants in a matter of minutes. All-together, this was a horrible experience. If you are ever in the mood for Iitalian food, please choose a decent place and avoid this mess. This is one experience you could do without.

Have always loved this place. The lasagne was our fav! This time the meal sucked! Got there about 5pm on Sat. I think we made the mistake of showing the BOGOF coupon when we ordered. On previous visits we were offered refills on soup, salad and bread. Not this time. Plus the food wasn't nearly as good. The bread was tough as shoe leather. Probably day old. The lasagne was nothing like before. Very little cheese. Just noodles and sauce. I've tasted better out of the frozen food section at Krogers. Very skimpy meal even with a coupon. For $11 each you get a salad or very small bowl of soup, day old bread, and a square of noodles and sauce. Then they charge one of the highest prices in the business for soda, $2.25. Even with the BOGOF coupon it was still almost $18 for a skimpy meal for 2 that was over in about a half hour. We felt like we were getting the bum's rush. We'll take our business back to Olive Garden.

Love, Love, Love. Great food, fun place & great prices. Just wish parking was better (reason for 4 not 5 stars).

AWFUL. if your looking for something a step above old country buffet's pasta bar, this is it. but if your looking for italian food, you'd be better off at an olive garden (and that's not saying much). poor service, poor food, uncleanly, small rations, and i felt like i was eating at a flea market. added bonus: after your server cleans off the previous 3 tables with a filthy dish rag, she makes your hand tossed salad all by herself. she even tells you, "i forgot to put croutons on it", and comes back and gives you a handful. stay away.

PRETTY GOOD ITALIAN FOOD. NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN THE LAST 30 YEARS I'VE BEEN GOING HERE. ALWAYS A FAVORITE FOR LARGE BIRTHDAY PARTIES, AND FIRST DATES ALIKE. THEY HAVE A REAL TROLLEY CAR THAT YOU CAN SIT IN FOR DINNER. TRY THE TURIN TRIO IF YOU ARE REALLY HUNGRY. I USUALLY FILL UP ON BREAD,GARLIC BUTTER AND SALAD, AND TAKE MOST OF THE REST OF THE MEAL HOME.

WOW! Everything is just excellent. And you have to try a pitcher of the house sangria. The staff is friendly and attentive. Prices and portions are great. How could anyone not like this place!
