Froggy Blues Cafe, Monroe

This place is still letting customers smoke eventhough it is now against the law. The owner says he would rather pay the fine than obey the law (he is also a smoker). I am not a prude. I have asthma and cannot breath around smoke. I was very pleased when the smoking ban passed so that I could finally go to local pubs to see live bands. It is so disappointing that these local pubs do not enforce the law. If you make a complaint, it goes unnoticed. I don't know what else to do but stay home.
