Its funny that both complaints are similar, but are old. Either the service has gotten better, or people just don't feel like complaining. But we had a party and ordered 2 pizzas. One plain and one briar hill. After opening it, one was mushroom and sausage. John said he will have the other pizza right out, no offer of discount for troubles. Since people were over for the party i figured just let them eat the other pizzas. When the delivery boy showed up and requested the old pizza. We told him we already started to eat it, he said he didn't care, he was going to eat. Rudest thing ever. This john charges for everything and does not tell you that when you ask for ranch with you hot chips, that he is going to charge you for it. Belleria on Mahoning is the easiest place for us to get pizza, but I'd rather pay more, have pizza not as good, and drive further than deal with him and his company. buyer beware
i to have had a bad run in with the guy who claimed he was the owner.he said his name was john..after makeing my pizza i got it home and noticed it wasnt what i ordered.i called him and all i got was excuses.he never offered to make it right..THIS PLACE IS BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
