Ianazone's Homemade Pizza, Warren

Great pizza, chicken, and wedges. Always been a favorite of mine!

Called to order a pizza for take-out and the person taking the order was very rude. He didn't want to explain what the prices were for the different size Briar Hill pizzas and huffed and puffed everytime I asked a question. He never said thank you for calling or placing an order but rather just hung up. I called back to complain and told another employee that I didn't appreciate the way I was treated and that I could order pizza other places. He relayed the message and all the person could say was, "well, do you want the pizza?" I cancelled it and won't order from them again. Very disappointing becuase I used to like their pizza.

in the last month, have order pizza twice once late and was given the pizza, orderd again today 1 1/2 later no pizza, place is going down hill
