Royal Buffet & Grill, Akron

My family was there on a Monday around 2:30 the place was beautiful and clean however the foods was all cold and dry we told a thin gentleman in the front desk about the situation he just give me lots of excused which i don't want to hear.

This is MY favorite restaurant. The food is always fresh and the service is excellent. My husband and I have been dining here for years. It is also a wonderul place for family get togethers and everyone always finds their favorite food to eat.

Please Just Eat the Delicious food and be happy they let you Finicky Americans in their House of Yum Yumms! So relax and Enjoy looking at the pretty asian servers. Those girls deserve a BIG tip!

I have been a customer there for the last four years now, the foods is excellent always fresh and tasty always clean place...However the only things i hate is when the waitress try to scan you for more tips by telling you sad stories back home in China and others stories so you feel bad for them when they are lie to you so don't fall for that...especially a waitress name Ivy....like i say the foods is excellent....

My wife and I eat here at least once a month and always enjoy a good meal. Once and a while when it is extra busy, there may be a short delay as they strive to fill each bin, but never more than a few minutes and if something needs to be replaced, they immediately take care of it. It is my favorite buffet place. I highly recommend lunch or dinner and bring your appetite. PAUL

TERRIBLE....We ate here tonight at 7pm and paid the EXTRA $5.00 in addition to the regular meal cost for CRAB LEGS and there were about 8 small end pieces in the tray of water and we stayed till 9pm WAITING for them to put out another tray of crab legs that I had already had 4 actual legs,so I was already charged the $5.00 for crab legs and in the 2 HOURS we were there,they NEVER PUT OUT ANOTHER piece of crab leg!! I asked and they said at 7:30 they were putting more out and they NEVER DID EVEN AFTER 1 1/2hours of sitting at the table waiting! We spent a total of $36.00 for 2 people to eat a little bit of rice and OLD,COLD food that was there for HOURS and 4 actual crab legs on my plate and 4 small crab legs on my wifes plate!! We will NEVER eat here again!! POOR,POOR SERVICE. This place WAS great about 1 year ago but is now TERRIBLE! We will for to GOLDEN DRAGON on State Road in Cuyahoga Falls where the food is FANTASTIC and CHEAPER with 5 STAR SERVICE!
