Rose's Randolph Inn used to have good food. Their chicken is delicious. However, as of late (May/June 2011) their usual special is Panini! C'mon who wants Panini week after week. We were treated last week with a Swiss Steak dinner which was awesome! They need to have more dinners like this. Get on the ball and make more specials like the Swiss Steak! How about Stuffed Peppers or Pigs in a Blanket? I won't be returning until I see something other than Panini on the specials menu.
If your looking for a small town bar that serves up Big City prices be sure to stop in.The best bar burger I ever had did not come from Rose's, not sure why they don't have a bar burger worth talking about..THE WORST. Over chewed , short on flavor with a high end PRICE...And the drinks are by far not the cheapest in town, $3.00 for a bottle of Bud Ice are you kidding me...In tough times you can't afford to pay for a Bad experience..Not sure who runs this place , but they need to try something else......You decide..
Rose's Randolph Inn used to be a great place. Nice atmosphere, lots of fun, descent food. Well, no longer! Ever since the owner started leaving her Manager / Daughter in charge things have gone way down hill. The Manager is a mean spirited drunk who bosses everyone else around but does no real work herself. They are still smoking in the bar, which is illegal now! It's just not the fun place it used to be. Maybe they should keep the Manager out of the service part of the business, because service with a smile, you will not get!!
So it's up to you but there are plenty of other places to go. They also have the highest prices of anyone around.
Great to go for a bit to eat before the fair.Going there for a relaxing day after work. Since it is the only one in the area. It serves the best wings in Randolph on their tuesday night wing night.Well the Chicken is great any time you go. And on Wednesday is Taco night and it is great too. Darts and Jukebox is always fun with the Drinking that was involved. Only Dislike I think the place is a bit small during some of the nights of entertainment.
