Noble House, Hudson

Noble House has alright food. Much to oily for being an authentic Chinese restaurant. The place needs a big clean up. It's too dirty everywhere. The food tastes good, but it is not stable. Sometimes too salty, sometimes too oily, and sometimes just not right. The service is good. Some are great, and some are unprofessional. I would not put this restaurant as a top choice to go to. People who understand Chinese food would understand what I mean. You can't compare it to real Chinese food.

Pricy, but the best Asian food anywhere. My wife and regularly order take out from them as well as dine in. The restaurant atmosphere/decor/furnishing clearly needs to be updated and the professionalism/knowledge of the wait staff is mixed. During one dinner, one of the waitresses did not even know the difference between basic wine types (chardonnay, cabernet, etc). However, the decor and wait staff has become a little bit of the character of the place and is tolerable because the food is so damn good. 5 for food, 3 for atmoshphere and service, 4 overall.

Our favorite Asian restaurant anywhere! Consistently wonderful food, classy decor. Pricey, but worth it.

Good food but overpriced. A simple chicken entree was over $20. Soup was $5.50. Better value elsewhere

Absolutely the best CHinese around. I know I'm Chinese. I am very picky and this is absolutely the best Chinese food in the entire area of Hudson, Twinsburg and Stow that I have been able to find and I've tried them all. While the prices are higher (although not much higher), the quality is worth it. The ingredients are fresh, and authentic, the cooking delicious and flavorful. You cannot go wrong at this restaurant.

The best Chinese restaurant I've ever been in Cleveland/Akron area. The food tastes great. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant building used to be someone's house, and it adds a warm feeling to the atmosphere. Pricing is a little high, but the food definitely deserves it.
