this is the worst franchise you can go to. the workers are slow and lazy and never get orders right. the food is cold when you finally get it. the attitude is bad from managers on down. the company don't have quality control from franchise to franchise.
Very bad experience at the Burger King in North Canton on Portage Road. The manager was acting crazy, yelling at the employees. They were not busy at all, but he was acting frantic and had everyone making mistakes. My wife told him to stop yelling at the girls in the front, who said they were trainees. We felt very bad for new girls. Someone needs to do something about this man. He has no business in the fast food industry.
I have never had such rude service in my life. When I told the server I felt she was being very rude, she just told me she didn't care and to pull up and wait for my food. She made me wait for a very long time and I was the only customer! She didn't want to bring ot to my car because it was raining. When I called to tell the manager she didn't care. I never write reviews but this poor service and treament of a customer was unbelievable.
