I've been going to Eddie's Creekside for years now, and whenever I go back, it still never dissapoints. Go during the summer months and sit oustide on their deck, which hangs over a beautiful creek. It's the perfect setting for a romantic dinner for two.
Excellent food. We went their on Easter. Everything was great except the service. Our waitress was really short with us and when we asked her for a desert menu, she did not bring the plate around that has all the deserts, she just threw down the desert menu and did not tell us about the desert of the day. I am in customer service and it really upsets me when people act like that. She needs a happy talk!!
We have always enjoyed dining at Eddie's Creekside but were very disappointed in the manner that a birthday certificate was handled. I was emailed the certificate two weeks before the date it expired....but I was ill and just recently was able to get up and get out. I called in hopes that I would still be able to use the certificate, but was told that it was no longer valid. I explained the situation...but was still turned down. I explained that I would be bringing three more people to dinner and thought that three dinners paid would be better than none. Customer service is obviously not a priority! A similar situation occured at Red Robin and they did honor their birthday certificate.
Eddie's Creekside is a great restaurant. It is located on a creek in Brecksville. The view is fabulous. We saw it at night and still enjoyed it. I've never eaten on the deck before but I here it's great. Eddie's Creekside is located in a strip mall. When you walk in, you see a beautiful bar with little stone waterfalls along the wall. It's beautiful. Also, there is no smoking in the whole restaurant! That just makes it even better. They bring out bread to the table for an appetizer. I had a side salad as well for an appetizer. The dressing was really good. Of course, you can't beat balsamic vinaigrette. For an entree, I had lobster and scallops on spinach pasta in a white truffle sauce. 5 star meal. The sauce tasted like a cream sauce. And the seafood was excellent. I was too full for dessert but they have an excellent bakery. All in all, a great meal. I highly recommend Eddy's Creekside.
On Sat., December 19th. had a late lunch the the Creekside with a quest. I found the restaurant on line and I was going to be in the area and gave it a try. What a great choice that turned out to be. The owner was very friendly, she gave us a tour of the restaurant when she found out we were from out of town. Our server was outstanding, very patient and we were not rushed in any way. The food was worth the visit. Both of our meals were perfect. I would recommend Creekside to anyone who is traveling and would like a really pleasant experience.......
