Petti's Pizza & Restaurant, Wickliffe

Took my family members there on July 15th. We number 19 people..Got there at about 8:10PM (they re open till 900PM). The service was absolutely horrible! Our waitress treated us as if we were intruding on the restaurant s schedule..Here s just one example of her many nasty comments: all your cars in the parking lot makes us look like we re still open.... and we have to tell people that we re not . Of course, the reason our cars were still in the parking lot was because we still hadn t gotten our food! Getting water, drinks, and our pizzas was a real chore.. She brought one of our guests the wrong wine....and reluctantly replaced it while saying that the guest was wrong, and that she had it right! With a nasty attitude to boot! Some of our glasses had lipstick on them. Ugh! It took one hour to finally get our food, which was very average at best. There was no manager in sight, and no one ever came to our table to check on us. At the end of our meal, the waitress commented that she should give us the bill for the busboys because of the mess we made! Unbelievable. About the food: Petti s Pizza used to be the best. I went there as a teenager (in the 60 s) and many times since. The pizza is no longer the best . Just average. I will never return to this place, and I suggest anyone reading this to take your business elsewhere.

Ive been there a hundreds of times and more and never disappointed over 30 years. Love the Large Salad with pepperoni, garbonzo beans and cheese with the house dressing. The Pizza is always right and the people who cook there, are fantastic in assuring its consistency. The crew there has been there for years and years and its shows in the food preparation. The ownership cares about the customers and that's why we keep going back. For dine-in, Pettis is the best and super good! Thanks Pettis, for serving us well all these years!

They Dont Deliver .... Other than That I dont know how it tastes

Amazingly enough....I just recently dined at Petti's after living in the area for over 20 years. This came about after trying a slice of pizza that Tony had brought to a local pub. It was a very tasty pizza...so I figured I'd take my family for dinner The restaurant itself is a simple decor; though the ceiling draping was impressive; lighting too bright, and a bit on the loud side... not too relaxing. The service was a bit slow though I did appreciate that the owner was present and seem to stop by each table and say hello...don't see that much these days. After inquiring with our waitress, we soon realized there were quite a number of entrees she didn't recommend and as a result we had to go over the menu a couple times to make our final selections. The food is simple; house salad consists of a bowl iceberg with two grape tomatoes; very displeasing; especially for a person who enjoys a tasty higher quality green salad. The pasta was cooked well, sauce authentic, and the meatballs were very tender and tasty. Overall, a family meal is made affordable. I probably will not dine there again but I certainly would order the pizza, or the meatballs for Take Out

This is a wonderful little Italian restaurant that has been a local star for years! Their pizza is delicious, as is the rest of their menu...but believe it or not, most people I know rave on and on about their salads! The prices are excellent for the quality and quantity of food. Best yet, kids eat free every day; a nice sized bowl of choo-choo wheels followed by a popsicle.
