Vittorio's Buon Appetito, Wickliffe

Vittorio s is our favorite restaurant and we dine out alot, including at least five other Italian places on a regular basis. We love the chicken parmasean and chicken burre blanc dinners. The specials are original and available each day for lunch and dinner. Each soup we have tried is original and outstanding in taste. Desserts are home made and huge...try the chocolate bumpy cake which can be shared by 2-3 diners. Finally, Vittorio s has hosted several family functions for us in the back dining room and corporate luncheons for my business.

I stumbled accross this restaruant by accident and am definately glad I did! The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. I am an extreme critic when it comes to food quality and service. This is the first time that I have actually put forth the effort to write a review for any business, that is how highly I would recommend visiting.

NONEXISTENT service! The first time I went, the service was bad, we had to wait forever for everything! The only reason I went back was because the food was good, and it's close by. This last time I went, we sat at a table in the wine bar, and after ten minutes of no server, I had to go to the bar and ask for one. When she finally came over, we had to ask for a wine menu (at a wine bar?!), which she gave then disappeared for another 15 minutes without so much as bringing us water! We left before we had to find out how long it would have actually taken for her to come back and take our wine order, let alone our food order! We put in for a garlic bread appetizer when she WAS there, and either she didn't put it in to the kitchen, or it sat getting cold because we didn't see her again. Never returning to this restaurant. It was a Friday night and not even that busy! Ridiculous to leave people sitting without so much as a glass of water for nearly a half hour!

Seriosuly the best! It now has a wine bar and a large room for private parties. It is the only Italian place I will eat outside of my mother's kitchen!!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

This is my favorite place... The service is wonderful & friendly. The food is fantastic. We have use them for catering several times.... Our friends and family absolutely loves the great food.

I work close by and it's one of my favorite places to order take out - always ready and hot as promised. I held my rehearsal dinner in the party room - it was a recent addition and the place is twice the size of what it used to be. Everything was amazing - the food was delicious and the service impecable. They take care of you with an old world charm and feed you like your Italian Nana would - too much food - expect leftovers. The restaurant is even decorated with black and white family photos. You feel like family when you leave. Worth every penny.
