I enter your restaurant to eat dinner and it truned into a nightmare, one that is still going on to this day. I order the trukey dinner and bit into a bone, that broke a perfect tooth into. Mike the general manager spoke with out any signs of understanding, even truned his back on me, as we paid for our meal. He did not ask my name, just turned and walked away, this was the first slap in the face from Bob Evans.
The second came when after two months they told me that they would not pay one cent for my tooth the cost being $3,000, spoke to me like a dog and had me crying.
I was then turned over to Cooper Farms who have offer to pay for the tooth but nothing for pain and suffering. what else could I do they gave me a dead line and I had to take the offers.
Then Bob Evena sent me 4, $5.00 coupons, just another smack in the face,
I loved their food, but the way they treat you if something happens is not good, you are kicked more and more when you are down and they love doing it.
Mike should lose his job and Bob Evans should have stepped up to the plate, but that did not happen and it nerver will.
