Wally's Pizza & Subs, Cambridge

I ve been traveling from Zanesville to Cambridge with my family since I was a kid! Their pizza is the most delicious pizza ever! There used to be an A&W across the street and we would get pizza from Wally s, and floats from the A&W. Always had the best times driving old 40 with my dad and stopping at the S Bridge on the way home. We re headed there tonight!! S. Krouskoupf Zanesville, OH.

I was unhappy to find a hair in the dough. So be careful!!

Been going to Wallys since Wally started it.We drive down from Canton(60 miles one way) a couple times a month for 20 years.Been going there since 1973?Thats how good the pizza is,BUT,went down 3 20 2011 at around 1 pm and was treated so rudely by a young punk I dont know if we will be going back.My wife was very upset.The young man making pizza didnt say much but the younger punk,(dressed like a punk) was obnoxious.I figured he was the owners son,the owners are Very nice but this kid could set them back big time.If your reading this we are ,half tray with mushrooms from Canton.Cambridge store BYW.Im going to rate the service only.

As everyone else has said from the area, when I go back home it's a must stop and get pizza place. The only place other than visiting family and friends I must do. As a matter of fact I'm looking into opening one here in Kentucky! It's a great cheap date place! Where else can a highschool kid take their date for pizza at that price? Never heard my wife complain about stopping there and she now has to get it when we go back home now too!

BEING NEW TO THE CAMBRIDGE AREA I DECIDED TO TRY WALLY'S PIZZA AS I HAD HEARD MANY POSITIVE COMMENTS. I WATCHED AS THEY PULLED MY PIZZA FROM THE OVEN-- A SQUARE OF DOUGH AND SAUCE- NO CHEESE OR PEPPERONI AS I HAD ORDERED. I WATCHED THEM THROW ON THE PEPPERONI AND SCATTER THE CHEESE OVER THE TOP. I THOUGHT SURELY THEY WOULD PUT IT BACK IN THE OVEN- BUT NO-- THEY JUST POPPED IT IN THE BOX AND AND HANDED IT TO ME. I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THAT A PIZZA PLACE WOULD SELL PIZZA THAT HAD COLD PEPPERONI AND CHEESE AS TOPPINGS. I ATE ONE PIECE AND TRASHED THE REST. THIS IS NOT PIZZA- JUST COLD CUTS ON DOUGH. I'LL NEVER GO BACK.

First of all, this pizza is NOT good. It's as if they bake the crust with the sauce, and put the toppings on after it comes out of the oven. The cheese isn't melted and you're lucky if the pepperoni is even hot!!!! Secondly, and most of all, the Cambridge store is run by a woman who obviously hates what she does. She's mean to her staff, she's rude to her customers, and never smiles. I've been in there 3 times, and all 3 times have been the same. My husband,, for some reason, likes the pizza,, but I will never go back. And, after our experience tonight, he says he will not go back either.

I miss this pizza so much! To all the people out there that don't love it...you tastebuds have been dumbed down by mass produced doughs, frozen toppings and canned sauces! This pizza is all fresh and handmade. Nothing better than going in picking up your pizza, being so tempted by that aroma on the drive home that you have to steal a piece or two of peperoni, getting home and opening the box to see that the pizza is still steaming hot and the cheese has melted just right! My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

The Worst Pizza Ever!! It is like eating Cardboard but Cardboard has a better taste . . . Drive to Caldwell, Ohio to Wally's Pizza and you'll never eat at Wally's of Cambridge. Dirty & Dingy!!!

The pizza here is really good, but I do agree with people that say the service has a lot to be desired. The fat lady that is older is the mean one to look out for!

Best Pizza period. To the other reviewer the cheese is suppose to melt in the box, maybe if you could wait oh 5 minutes to eat you'd understand that. By the tim ethe cheese melts the pizza is could enough to eat without burning your mouth... Trouble with getting pizza right outta the oven and into costumers hands is it's so hot. Thanks for the built in thermostat and the anticiption for all that gooey cheese to melt. Coming home this weekend from Indy and looking forward to half a tray.
