The Cheesecake Factory, Columbus

I loved the Cheesecake Factory up until today April 8, 2012 which is Easter Sunday. I got take out the chicken di pana OMG the presentation was utterly horrible. The chicken was crispy and hard. If I want fried chicken I would ve gone to KFC. I m very dissatisfied with my meal.

Besides "good" cheesecake... A dissapointment by a tastless menu and very very corporate setting. It's at Easton Mall for christsake. Tear it down.

I have been to the Cheesecake Factory 3 x. The menu is too large and the food is mediocre and overpriced. It is best compared to an overpriced Applebees. The cheesecake is good, but go somewhere else for dinner.

Have never had a bad meal here. The food is always great and for the portion size (large), the prize ain't bad.

Bad in so many ways. A menu that is an amalgam of Chili's, Olive Garden, and your local low-end steakhouse. An ambiance that maximizes the background noise from a large waiting area. Service that is harried. Namesake cheesecakes that are merely adequate. Why oh why would anyone eat hear more than once? (With over 15 years between visits to this chain, I'll forgive myself for faulty memory. I only remembered the long wait and multiple cocktails.)

The service was awful!! we waited ten minutes before our server even came over to the table. Then once he finally did he says, "ill be right back for your drink order". Are you kidding me?! It was ridiculous service for such a "high class" restaurant! Other than that. the food was wonderful.

We took our 4-year old daughter one Sunday afternoon when we noticed there was no wait (a rarity...the place usually has long lines). While we like the food, it's a terrible choice for children under, say, 7 or 8 years old. 1. No kid's menu. 2. No peanut butter in the house with which to improvise a PB sandwich. 3. No milk. What kind of restaurant won't serve milk?? 4. Not surprisingly, no crayons or diversions for young kids. Other than being overtly unwelcoming for small children, it's great.

Very simple chain food of the Kraft prepackaged variety.

Love love the Cheesecake! Can we say YUMMMMM!!! Great food!
