My husband & I ate at Reno's often, considering we had our first date there. The food was pretty good normally. HOWEVER, we went the other night& the service was VERY VERY slow. We had to ask another waitress to get our waitress to come back to our table. On a positive note..the waitress was extremely nice. Anyway, my ribeye was burnt when they brought it to me. I sent it back & the second time when I cut into it, it was rare!! I told the waitress not to worry about it anymore that I wasn't even hungry now. The ribeye dinner which included the steak & 2 sides is 17.99, they charged me 11.00 for a salad & fries. I asked to see the manager & he was EXTREMELY RUDE..told me he done all he could do, his dad owns Reno's & he walked away. I haven't ever met anyone as rude as he is. TO THE OWNER OF RENO'S..YOU MAY WANT TO TEACH YOUR SON HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS B/C A FEW EXPERIENCES LIKE WE HAD & YOU BOTH WILL HAVE 2 FIND NEW JOBS!! We are spreading the word about our experience..especially how we were treated. A few of our co-workers & friends have already decided not 2 eat there anymore.
I really liked my food, and the decoration was nice. The only bad thing, it took absolutely forever to get anything we needed, so only go if you have a lot of time to spare! I have to say my filet mignon, was delicious! I would definitely go back! My son also had a great time, however the waiting was a bit much for him.
