Bella Notte, Lexington

Excellent atmosphere and food. True Italian dining. They offer patio seating that is enclosed and cozy. We toyed with having our rehearsal dinner here. Lovely place for a quaint lunch with good friends and good bottle of vino.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I always ask to go here for a special dinner. The service is always top notch, the menu has a great variety, and there are always specials for the times you want something a little different. It is by far my favorite restaurant in Lexington!

very good food, warm place and fantastic service.

Our favorite restaurant - I recommend the scallops - they are enormous and wonderful and served on a bed of linquini with the most delightfuly pasta sauce I have encountered! Try the Luna Sangiovese wine too! Leave the younger kids at home and enjoy the atmosphere - my favorite room is the one that models an outdoor patio but it is indoors. They also have a wonderful patio with a fireplace, great FREE appetizer samples while you wait if you are starving, and the service is excellent.

Wonderful restaurant. Food is always delicious. Desserts are fabulous. Service is always terrific. This is where my husband and I default to when going out for dinner. We are always confident that we'll get good food, good service and all for a very fair price. Highly recommend to anyone. Couples, families or otherwise.

Bella Notte is a locally owned Italian Restaurant. The food like many American Italian restaurants tends to be Neapolitan (Campanian) with a few other dishes thrown in. Bella Notte's quality has been spotty over the years. I have had poorly prepared food there, but most of the time I've been satisfied. They serve some seasonal dishes in addition to their fixed menu. Generally, I prefer seasonal dishes, but I don't recommend the seasonal menu at Bella Notte because the kitchen's lack of experience with these dishes shows. Stick to the popular dishes and you'll leave satisfied if not impressed. Prices are very reasonable, service is always good, and the atmosphere is very nice. Bella Notte is not a great restaurant nor even a very good restaurant, but it's better than all the Italian chains in town, and if you want Italian food in Lexington, it is one of your best options.

I am from San Francisco. The food was little spicy to my taste bud. But over all, I will not miss North Beach Italian town in San Francisco. The service was very good compared restaurants in San Francisco.

One of my favorite places to eat - The food is great! True Italian, the cook is from Italy!!!! I visit Bella Notte at least 3-4 times in a month. Yummm!
