A travesty of a bar, calling itself Irish. Lynagh's had heart and soul. This place is a chain-germ hoping to take root. The only kind of patron who would ever like it would find Chilis or Applebee's fine dining.
I remember epic poems and songs at the original Lynagh's, irish jockeys singing with expatriates. Now you get the suburban lost, the lame youth with too much time and money, and an atmosphere of a traditional strip mall. Sad, sad.
Love, Love, Love! I know the owner and she is awesome. Their menu is HUGE and food is fabulous! Great sports bar.
If you could find a spot for cornhole, i know some people that would love to see this happen.
The crowd consists of 95% college students, I have yet to meet anyone Irish in the place. The lights are bright and there is no patio, which makes it hard to mingle and meet people already sitting at their tables. However, the food is good
and the drinks are cheap!
Shamrock's $5 pitchers are a steal and the huge menu is perfect for any craving, even my friend, who is vegetarian. Our service at our last trip for a late dinner was less than desired, but that is because the place was packed for an upcoming game of trivia. Our previous trips each included some great music that wasn't too loud to make conversation unbearable.
