I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF JERRYS FOR MANY YEARS, BUT IF THEY MAKE IT NON SMOKING, I WILL NO LONGER DINE THERE. I THINK THIS WILL PUT THE NAIL IN THE COFFIN FOR JERRYS IN MT STERLING. IT IS NOT PEOPLE SMOKING THERE THAT HAS DECREASED THEIR BUSINESS, BUT THE QUALITY AND PRICES OF THE FOOD. FOR EXAMPLE: MY WIFE AND I GOT A CHAMP SANDWICH, FRIES AND A COKE AND THE BILL WAS A LITTLE OVER 17 DOLLARS, AND THE CHAMP SANDWICH IS SMALLER THAN IT USE TO BE, PLUS IT DOES NOT TASTE THE SAME. IT NOW JUST TASTES LIKE A HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICH, NOT THE ORIGIANL CHAMP WHICH WAS VERY GOOD. IN OTHER WORDS, THE PRICES WENT UP, BUT THE PORTIONS AND QUALITY OF THE FOOD WENT DOWN. i ALWAYS LOVED JERRYS BUT NOT SO NOW DAYS. SORRY FOR THE NEGATIVE REPORT, BUT I AM JUST TELLING IT LIKE I SEE IT.
absolutely nasty, from the decor to the greasy food. my boyfriend and i got home and ran to the two bathrooms in our house... and it was not pretty. the staff is a bunch of 16 year olds hanging out and being loud. the booth was sticky from a spill and the vinyl was torn. we will never eat there again, and if you do you'll be sorry.
Last night my family and I ate at Jerry's restaraunt in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. It took at least 10 minutes for someone to wait on us. We finally ordered and when we got our food, our steaks were so tough that we couldn't even eat them. The shrimp was also nasty. The baked potato was not fully cooked and it was still crunchy when I bit into it. Basically we paid $45.00 for something that we couldn't even cut with a knife. This was the worst meal I have ever had in my entire life.
