Jack's, Columbia

I worked at Jack's and I have to say that most of the people that work there are on drugs and stay messed up most of the time... I know that they have roaches really bad and have to spray often and even then the roaches don't die.. they also have mice and they get in the cooler and eat the bread and get into the salad bar foods... I have seen the grill cook drop food and serve it like nothing ever happen... I have seen a waitress spit in the tea and serve it..I have seen it all!!! Oh and when your oder is sitting in the window waiting to be served to your table they are eating off your plate, I know this because I worked there...the food is good if it's not dropped on the floor or picked off your plate before you get it...Ronnie and Nora are good people but don't have good people working for them..they need to find new and better help and keep Jack's clean...

The customer service at Jack's is exceptional, when you have certain waitresses. I will continue to dine there as long as this is so...

This is the nastiest place to eat!!!

My family and I decided to go here the food was good, but everyone started complaining because they did not know that tips were included in the meal. My dad replied; they could of asked me was it ok to take a tip
