Terrible service. Will NEVER go back.
We did not have to wait for a seat, there were plenty of tables available, which is the only positive experience we had here.
Over 45 minutes after we gave our lunch order (two gyros and two cottage fries, not a tough order), and an HOUR after we entered, still no food. We finally had to leave without eating.
When we gave up and made the decision to leave and go somewhere else, the waiter wasn't very cooperative, and he certainly displayed no concern that customers were leaving for lack of service.
We paid for our soft drinks at the counter as we left, and the girl at the register asked how everything was. We told her "terrible". She grabbed our money, made change, offered no apologies, just sort of stuck her nose in the air and said "Well, we're really busy, and only have four waiters."
We could see the kitchen and its staff from where we were sitting (about 40' away), and the kitchen staff was having a great time, yukking it up, dancing, and hooting the whole while.
At least two tables who were seated after us were served and we still had no food.
We asked two different waiters about our food, and were given the same answer each time: "We're really busy, have it out in just a minute." For future reference, "just a minute" in Keifer-speak means either 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or (if you get disgusted and leave, unserved, as we did), never.
We did go to a place further down the road called Que Sera's, and were seated, ordered, served, and able to leave in only 45 minutes.
At age 50, I've been in my share of great, good, fair, and poor restaurants. I would rate this as the worst experience, service-wise, that I've ever had in that half-century. I found the apparent total lack of concern for their customer service appalling.
