Magnolia Grill, Natchez

My husband and I went here for our anniversary Oct 2009. The service, the atmosphere, the food was the best I ever had. This is on our list to go back to Oct 2010.

I travel alot and it is a must that I visit the Magnolia Grill every time that I am in Natchez. I happen to come in town after dark on a Friday night. The place was packed. As I entered the restaurant, I was approached by one of the wait staff with a friendly smile letting me know that it would be a little while before I could be seated. So I was ask If I would like to sit at the bar. I was served something to drink within a few minutes. I could see that they were so busy. Once I was seated and looked at the menu, I was so excited to see a insert in the menu with new items. I had the sausage rotel cream cheese dip.... it was delightful, full of flavor. And for an entree I had the stuffed flounder with grilled aspragus and of course the great magnolia grill salad. While there I noticed the place so peaceful and the wait staff so friendly. My food was in great amounts and served hot. They also have a great wine list. The new owner has achieved great wonders. Thank you Magnolia Grill

For those of you who may have had a bad experience; please go again. It has changed ownership. John & Milan Parks now own it; great wait staff and chef.

on april 10,2010 we waited for 45 min to get seated and someone misplace our order and was there another 45 min i charged it one my card and when i got my bank statement it was over charged 13.48 i signed a ticket for 42.21 and statement was 55.69. but the food was great

this place was........ok......we waited on a friday night for 45 minutes for a table for two......then waited 45 minutes for our food that was undercooked and cold........all the while watched as people came in and picked up food to go and left.....super disappointed after reading reviews that other left i was excited to eat here, needless to say i'll never be dining here again.

Had lunch here and would say it was the best place we ate at while in Natchez. We had a great view of the river. Outstanding poboys & burgers for everyone in our group. Great for the family. Portions are large. Atmosphere is pleasant.

The bread pudding is to die for! You cannot leave this place without trying it!

Magnolia grill was great. We loved the food and really enjoyed our view of the river. They had a nice variety of seafood and steaks and everything was very fresh and tasty. There is also a nice selection of dinner salads if you are in the mood for something a little lighter. This is my number one pick in town...it seems to be a local favorite too, which is always a good sign. The service was friendly and we had a really great experience.
