I just left out of their drive thru after sitting in line for 10 mins while the presentor at the window flirted an got her hand feeled up by the customer in front of me I pull to the window to be given the wrong order an after rudley asking what I had ordered she proceeded to roll her eyes an slam the window in my face after asking to speak to managment she stood n stared out the window like we were in the wrong after waiting another 5 mins I get an order frm an empolyee that was still wrong when I called back to speak to managment I was told to hold up n wait while he spoke no I will not be going back n will be personally making a trip to speak to the dm tomorrow!
They have a great play area, but that's it. They always get the order wrong and recently we went there, used our Debit card and wound up with 2 charges on my account from them, trying to contact them now for 30 min and guess what. . . the phone is and has been busy. Bank says McDonald's sent it that it is not a computer error at the bank
Their food is good food, but their service is very bad. They are way to slow and at the pick up you have to check your order because a lot of the times your order is not all there. This has happened to us several times, we check before we leave, we have had to go in several times and get the order fixed. They are busy at times, they need more workers or workers that take time to make sure they have got every thing right.
