Tom's Pizza & Steak House, Paris

My Wife and I have eaten at Tom's many times over the years. The food has always been fresh and tasty and there is plenty on the plate as well. It has always been clean and friendly as I can recommend it every time. I am a former restaurant owner, and have only good things to say about Tom's.

Do not order the pizza!! The dough was soft and mushy and swimming in grease. The frozen pizza in the supermarket is better than that. Their steak and food bar is good and they seem to have good friendly service.

ok food but pricey and the food bar is a joke and the owner is a dick and the servers are assholes oh yeah and they are dicks go somewhere else.

We ate there the other day, and the food was great but the service is awful. They have a misprint in their menu on the pizza side in the toppings. It has two toppings listed as one. The beef sausage. If you don't catch it then they will charge you a 1.79 extra. And then when you talk to the manager, he says oh well who cares, and that sausage is pork and that there is not such thing as beef sausage. I don't know where he comes from, but yes there is a such thing as beef sausage. He tells you he doesn't need your business. This was the worst service I have ever recieved. He was very rude and confrontational. He didn't even care about our complaint. He admitted the menu was wrong but he didn't care. I would not recommend this place at all. I have reported them to the better business bureau. I hope no one is treated the way he treated me and my family.

Tom's is amazing. my family eats there every special occasion. It's a great atmosphere. everyone is so friendly and helpful. i have never seen any sign of uncleanliness and i've been going here for years. Their small and spicy steak is great along with everything else on the menu.

Best Pizza EVER!!! I don't know what that one woman was talking about...it's not too dark, good atmoshere..and there are some waitresses that have worked there for years! Great steaks too! One of the best and cleanest places to eat at in Paris. I always check with my cousin about such...as she is the county health inspector and keeps us informed about which places to eat at and where to avoid. A great place for a family to get together...they can accomodate groups up to 20 (that I know of) maybe more.

It's probably about the best you're going to get in Paris, which isn't saying much. There isn't much in this town to choose from when it comes to dining out. The place is pretty dark inside. Makes one wonder what they are trying to hid with the dim lighting. It must not be a very good play to work, I never see the same empoyees more than twice. The steaks are usually so tough you can hardly chew them. I ordered pasta once and got mostly sauce. Don't go after eight at night and get the all you can eat salad bar, because they will close it down before you have time to finish eating. And speaking of the salad bar. It is NASTY. All of the different items on the salad bar are mixed together. There are all kinds of salad fixings in the dressing pots. Other places seem to be able to keep theirs clean I don't know why Tom's can't.

last night me my mom and my boyfriend decided to go to toms to have a nice family meal.i have to say I'm not happy at all.normally when we come out there its a nice atmosphere the food is good and I'm happy i went there.not last night.first off it was to cold in there,the waitress wasn't that good she didn't come that often when she did she didn't ask if things were OK or not,didn't get refills.i ordered a medium well new york strip when i got it it was well done on one end and raw on the other end.my boyfriends new york strip was mainly fat.my mom she was OK with hers.when i went to pay the bill they asked how things were and i told her about my steak she called a guy by the name of joey over and told him.he asked why we didn't tell the waitress i told him she had not came by that often so i didn't have the chance to tell her.he said there was nothing he could do about it.then on top of that we were charged to much and while i was standing there waiting for my change i was being made fun of by your staff in the kitchen.hmm-why didn't i tell them my steak wasn't right?would you have after the way they act?yeah right and have my food spit on?I'm sorry but i have never felt so disrespected before in my life!chances of us coming back there to eat are very very slim!

We love Tom's. The owners are down to earth and can be found at the restaurant all the time. The food is Awesome! The spicey sirloin can not be beat..

Only eaten here once, but will return again. Was passing through Paris on a motorcycle trip and decided to stop in for some eats. We were all treted very friendly nad the food was great. Will return again
