A resraurant with old fashioned country atmosphere and great food. The entry to the restaurant is a great nostalgic country store were you can purchase souvenirs and other products from gifts to candies. Your seated relatively fast and the wait staff provides reasonably good service in a prompt manner. The food is of good country quality and satisfies.
If you like homecooked and country style food then this your destination. The atmosphere is wonderful. You walk in and it's like and old country store with fried apples in the glass jars and don't forget the oldtime hard candies.
There are many souvenirs to browse at while waiting in line to eat. The people and the food are wonderful. The only downside of this restaurant is you have to wait to eat, but if your bored you can play checkers while your waiting. We need more of these restaurants in Wisconsin. P.S. Don't forget to try the fried apples and pancakes with country sausage. Bring the country to home and the food to my tummie. YEE HHHHHHHAWWWW!!!!
