It opens at 4:30 am and closes at 2pm. The previous posters gave a great summary. Great Biscuits and breakfast. The only thing not mentioned is the super omelets.

Just inside the front door, the silly hillbilly hog has got one hand in his overalls and the other on the hay seed he's sucking. The sign he's stuck to says he's on special.
The sign says barbecue, but Bryant's is all about breakfast. For me, the Bryant's Breakfast Special - sausage patties, eggs, white gravy, grits and biscuits. Country ham would have been a great choice too.
