Logan's Roadhouse, Memphis

Stay away from here worst food ever steaks were uneatable cold tough and not cooked to order they were out of potatoes for baked potatoes appitizer tasted like it was microwaved!! $68.00 bucks and all that was eaten was my daughters ckicken strips that she sais was ok!! What a joke!! I hope all logans aren t like this one. After eating at this one i would be afraid to try another one!!

I have mixed feelings for this Logan's Roadhouse. The person taking call-ins did not seem to care whether she took my order or not. She would not give me a price for my order so that I could send the right amount. On the other hand, the person that assisted me when I arrived was just the opposite. She has helped me before and I appreciate her. I just wish all of the workers there would take some lessons from her! The food was very good. It could have been hotter. I was told that it would be 30 to 45 minutes for it to be prepared but when I arrived 25 minutes later I was told that it had been ready for 5 to 10 minutes already. No attempt was made to make sure it was hot. Which it was not. All things considered, I would rate this experience 3.5.
