I visited the restaurant on Hack's Cross on my lunch break. Upon entering my coworker and myself, my coworker spoke to the cashier who didn't bother to respond twice. We placed our orders and waited, the cashier and her coworkers found everything funny and were very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! When I got our orders, my country fried fish was OLD, and the regular fish on the other plate was HARD the orders had to be sent back three different times and were still wrong....I got a refund....I REFUSE TO STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN.....I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY THESE RESTAURANTS ARE CLOSING....THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, AND THE MANAGER THERE THAT NIGHT WAS NO BETTER.......A WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!
Called ahead and was told they opened at 10:30 they did not. Drove around and they flagged me down and said they were open now. Management people were everywhere but seemed indifferent about taking care of customers. Cook had an attitude with girl placing order and I spent 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch waiting for the food. Captain D's will not see me again for a while.
The food that I ordered for dinner was not fresh. Fried Fish - was soggy, Broc. - undercooked, Rice - hard grains. Lo-Cal Fish - smell fishy -looks uncooked. Did not dare try to eat it. I called the restaurant - spoke to Warren the GM. He was very professional and apologetic and did take care of my situation. Had great skills in handling customer's complaint. Need to work on following up on product quality. His restaurant will do much better sales if the quality gets consistent.
