Silver Spoon the American Cafe, Knoxville

The Silver Spoon American Cafe provided good food and good service. It was a great place to hang out with friends. The server kept the refills coming and removed used plates as necessary. We also found the Silver Spoon to be easier on the budget than some restaurants of this class. Because of the food and good service we'll definitely be back.

The food has been horrible each time I've been there, as well as the service. It must be the way their corporate office operates, rude and untrustworthly. They don't know how to keep their staff happy, let alone their customers. I'm surprised this particular location has lasted this long. I thought the entire company would have gone bankrupt by now and closed everything down. I'll never go back again and WOULD NOT recommend this restaurat to anyone!
