Szechuan Garden Chinese Rstrnt, Knoxville

I love it too. The service is great. The food consistently satisfies me in taste and quantity. I've been loyally going here with few exceptions - even after I moved across town. I also love that they have a take-out window. Every time I order takeout it is ready when I pull up to the window. I've never had a mistake in my order - which I find rare with moste take-out.

I loved it . Staff was awsome ,I was allowed to substitute several menu items. the place was very clean . We were seated right away. The Service was excellent.The food was awsome . I will return!

I went to the Szechuan Garden with a friend one night for dinner. The place was pretty empty and it was 7:30pm. There's no sign or anything, but you are suppose to wait to be seated. They guy who seated us had to clean off two tables before seating us, because some of them did not have the dishes and food cleared; Although, he could have just given us a seat at a clean table. Anyway, I would say overall this resturant is very average. There's nothing great about it, but it's not horrible. They do have some decent values. You can get a main dish with soup and an egg roll for under $8.00. Their menu is that of what you see in an average Chinese resturant. They do not allow exceptions or substitutions to be made on their menu. The service there is decent. They only asked us once if we wanted more to drink and that was all the contact we had with them after ordering. They were not very good at describing or telling what is on their menu. The food is pretty good though, but nothing above average. Overall, I would probably would only recommend this place if you were trying to eat out on a budget. They do have a take out.
