Long John Silvers, Newport

The LJ/A&W located beside of Walgreens is not the place to go if you are wanting fast, fresh food. Anytime I have went through the drive-thru I have sat for a MINIMUM of 10 mins. The food is typically cold & when it is hot it has a rubbery texture to it. Going inside is no better & the service is poor. Occasionally, if you're lucky the food is alright. In the end I would suggest that if you do wish to take your chances try not to be in a rush.

I just went to the Newport Tn store an ordered a 8.00 meal when i got it all that was hot was apiece of chicken and te cole slaw the fish was like ruber and so was the shrimp ts like the mngdosnt even care i thought te food had to be a certian temp by state reg i guess i need to call them next

this is the worst place ive ever ate i ordered shrimp and got it 20 min late nd was cold i asked the managerfor more and i was told i looked like i needed it that i was fat enoughi didnt need it anyway so thanks for the terrible experience

When the Newport location changed so did the service. My food was cold ,the shake runny & the server in the drive-thru must've been having a bad day. I never returned as a result. It was the opposite at the old location great service & hot food.
