The decor is beautiful and the food is good, however the portions are way too large. I'd like the restaurant better if they offered smaller portions at more affordable prices. The server was friendly, but did let our drinks get too low before she came around to refill them at one point.

Stopped in for meal on Monday night, 6-20-11. Never heard of the place before but it looked nice...and it was!! The food was very good, came out fast and hot. Our waitress (Devan) was always there even before we knew we needed anything. She was very pleasant and good natured as well..even on a slow night like Monday. Will definitely recommend it and return should we get down that way again!!

My friends and I have been to Applewood many times but we were there in December and it was terrible. The fritters (which we have always loved) were cold and the meal was not good at all. Way below the standards we had always had for this establishment. The waiter only came back to the table to see if we needed anything when we were finished. I do not think we will go back on our next visit.

My family loves the Applewood!! We go every year. We have always found the food to be great!! I always get the chicken and dumplings,they are the best I have ever had!! We are going again in Sept. can't wait!!!!!

This is an awesome resturant, the menu is identical to the Farmhouse, but both places are really good. The decorations make you feel like you are really in an old farmhouse too!
