Waffle House, Newport

My husband & I really enjoy eating at Waffle House but the one located in Newport TN is one we always skip. The service is poor & the restaurant is not kept very clean. This location has the worst tasting food of all the Waffle House's that my husband & I have been to. On two different occasions the tea was soured & when I would asked for a different drink it would take almost 5 mins to get it. I could understand if they were busy but there was only two other customers in the building. Several different times my husband & I would go, the cook behind the counter would be scratching his head & have his cell phone (which was on speaker) lying extremely close to the grill. We have stopped going to this location & do not plan to return.
