Arby's, Greeneville

It is a softer lit, more homestyle, exceptionally clean, very organized, very friendly place. There aren't a bunch of teenagers falling over one another, and the young people that were working didn't seem to require any supervision. I got the Martha's Vineyard Salad, made a few changes (salad dressing, no crackers, add tortilla strips please) which they seemed to adapt to with grace and a smile. The salad was wonderful, and so was the service! Eat healthy! It's all about Arbys!
