we have been going here for 10 plus years and have never been disappointed with our visits Tina is the greatest Represenative of this company you could have bar none keep up the good times we will see ya'll next week as we always do when we are in this wonderful part of the world

The best place in the smokies! The servers and management was all good people. The food was great. Expensive prices but your get what you pay for. Also I really liked the decor. I forget my stuff and they mailed it to me free of charge. Very good people, will return.

The food here is great!! I love the atmosphere, the only bad thing I can say is their burgers are a little dry...but still worth coming here!

Visited this location with my two kids while on vacation in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. SORRY I WASTED OUR TIME AND MONEY!!! We've been to other Hard Rock locations -- including Chicago and Orlando, and have never been dissapointed. This location, however, rates closer to a back-road Tennesee BBQ shack! Our server was extremely pushy -- obviously working on a sales spiff of some type; The food was overcooked, and was cold by the time it was brought to our table. Requests for beverage refills were completely ignored. Even the bathrooms were unsanitary!!

This place is the best, I highly reccomend the Macaroni and Cheese and Chicken dish it's sooo good. If your looking for a drink I reccomend Southern Rock, its soo smooth yet so awesome. You have to eat at Hard Rock everytime you go to Gatlinburg it's well worth it. The last time we was there the whole staff done the dance to YMCA with the help of the customers. They really know how to bring the place alive.

My husband and I went to the Hard Rock the night that we arrived in Gatlinburg. It was a Saturday night so it did take us a minute to be seated but, the service was good and the food was great. My husband had smoked salmon and I had a Red, White and Blue burger, both were really good; Since it was also our Anniversary weekend the waitress brought us a treat to share which was nice. Overall it was a good night and everything went well, it was a little expensive about $80 for the two of us.

Great place to eat, try the ribs, don't leave gatlinburg without at least stopping in to check it out.

We held our wedding reception at Hard Rock Cafe Gatlinburg on 6/5/10. We dropped off everything (favors, centerpieces, cake topper, etc.) the previous day and viewed the room. We had planned the entire reception dinner from Michigan. We were so impressed when we showed up to see how beautiful the room was set up. They even coordinated a cake from a local bakery. The wait staff was fabulous and kept all of us happy and full of food and drink. We even had our own wedding menu for our guests! They treated us like royalty. Thanks, Hard Rock, for making our day so fabulous!!!!!

The best part about Hard Rock is the crazy people in it. I believe they have the best team and original style. I enjoy being there. A little pricey ...true. But, It is Hard Rock

my husband took me here for my birthday and what a blast i had,the waiter got me up in front of the crowd and made everybody sing happy birthday to me,it was so fun.the burger was the best i ever had,yes a little pricey[100.00] for the 4 of us but well worth it,i will be back in the fall.i hope the sand box kid is still their?
