GREAT! Best steaks. Very pleased. Wed. nights you get buy one meal get one free. Everyone is so nice. Our waiter was Kevin he was great. Potatoes were great. Will for sure go back next time.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Great food, Awesome steaks, great service, have eaten at Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge locations, both are great, We always eat Alamo on our visits to the Smokies.Couldn't ask for a better tasting or tender steak!!! Not sure what the people had that left bad reviews, but we've NEVER had a bad meal from there !!!! I've even wanted to make the 3 1/2 hour dirve JUST to get food from there!!) The service was always great, and the people were always friendly!!!

Horrible food, service and prices!!!! We will NEVER go back. We waited 1 1/2 hours to be seated. My filet was all fat and cooked wrong, tbe cheesesticks were rubbery, my husband's steak was so tough, my child's chicken fingers were so overcooked they broke in half like chips!!! We never got refills or good service. Our check was 90.00 and our food wasn't worth 9.00. I don't know how in the world they have won ANY awards!!! Don't waste your time or money!!!!!

We got married in Gatlinburg and decided on Alamo Steakhouse for our wedding-night dinner. My wife called ahead and reserved the "Love Nest" for us. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome and were treated personally from the beginning. Our waitress (we wish we could remember her name) was very friendly and prompt with service. The prices were a little high, but the quality and quantity of food was great! My wife had a ribeye steak that was very tender and delicous. I had the prime rib that was cooked to perfection; the au jus was wonderful. We recommend Alamo Steakhouse to anyone who is visiting Gatlinburg.

Food was prettty good, but the prices were out of this world. If you eat here just make sure you have plenty of cash. Our waiter was pretty rude and unfriendly as well.

the best steak i have ever eaten, you could have cut that ribeye with a butter knife don't even think about putting steak sauce on this masterpiece. extra lg. salad. please come to north west ga.

Not worth the money. I've had better steaks at Golden Corral for a third of the cost. the may have won awards from 05 to 08 but must have lost horribly in 09 & 2010.

We've eaten here a few times, the food is very good. The service is excellent. There is another one in Pidgeon Forge and it is good as well.

One of the best finds in Gatlinburg. Great steaks and courteous service. We will return for dinner this year when we revisit the area.
