Texas Roadhouse, Gatlinburg

Service was great. Food was what we expected. We have ate there four times in the past 5 mo. Love it.

This Texas Roadhouse was ABSOLUTLEY the best hands down!! The prime rib is to die for. We went two nights in a row!!The green beans and loaded potatoes were melt in your mouth DELICIOUS..ADDICTIVE.Wish we had that in Florida.

As always great food and service and no waiting. We had a good time.

It was a Sunday evening, all other restaurants were not selling Prime rib. I was told by the Roadhouse staff no problem, how did I want it. I order grilled and don't be afraid to show the steak the grill. End result was one of the best Prime Ribs I've had in the Smokie Mountains. I WILL GO BACK. Excellent drinks and service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER!! After a long cold day of skiing right next door we decided to eat at texas roadhouse.. we have eaten at the pigeon forge one before and it was delicious. The moment we are greeted by our waitress Bunni we are treated rudely. After taking our order and bringing us our appetizer she decides to play around with some men sitting two tables away. After over an hour of waiting for our food she brings it and everything was EXTREMELY cold and hard! we send the food back with the manager and get our new food. The manager doesnt even bother to check if everything was ok after that. We were not discounted absolutely anything! it was the worst experience ever and I would recommend the pigeon forge texas roadhouse a million times over the gatlinburg one.

Peanuts while we waited for a table, great long island iced tea, cold beer, waiter was wonderful - guaranteed the ribs (fabulous), recommend loaded baked potato, busy but booths make it more private and intimate. A must eat place in Gatlinburg - consistantly good and great service.

Love this steakhouse have 2 near my home and as usual the food and the service was great.
