Smoky Mountain Brewery-Rstrnt, Gatlinburg

We ate here while on vacation. Two in our party ordered cheeseburgers and said they were great. A third ordered the Ranch burger and like it as well. I had a philly cheese steak and was very pleased. The potato salad was very good as well. We tried a couple of beers and they we all good. We would definitely come back to this restaurant on our next visit.

I was in Gatlinburg last night,09/08/11 and my boyfriend decided he wanted to go to the brewery. Big mistake! Our first clue should have been that we stood there for at least 5 minutes before anyone seated us. And the place was not crowded. We were given menu's and after waiting almost 20 minutes as waiters and waitress's kept passing by us and never even offering to bring us water. We got up and left and guess what, no one even noticed. I even watched a waitress that appeared to be waiting on tables all around us, stand at the bar and laugh and talk to other staff. Very dissapointed with the service, will never be able to review the food because we will never go back to the Smoky Mountain Brewery!

I go to Gatlinburg at least once a year, and I have to eat at the Smoky Mountain Brewery a couple of times while I am there. The food is very good, and their micro brews are delicious. If you are lucky, when you are there, they will have a good live band

Just left there. As usual the Pretzels and Beer cheese is great. We come down from Indiana about twice a year, and this is a must on our agenda. We always have a good time. Food is good and very generous portions. Calzones are great. Black & Blue Burger, superb. Pizza. Wonderful.\ The kids love the chicken fingers and mac & Cheese.

My family stopped in on a recent trip and was blown away with the food. Awsome wings, some of the best we have ever eaten. Also had a great hamburger. We plan on coming back.

You have to love beer to enjoy it completely. Wings are very good. Typical atmosphere for brewery. Service was good.

We went on a recent trip to Gatlinburg. We have been there before and it was pretty good, but this time was our last! The waitress (Marina) was absolutely the worst we have ever had! Make sure you never get her! She never spoke a word to us just looked at us and waited for us to order. No smile, nothing. Looked like she was mad at the world! Was never nice or friendly to us at all. All the other server's were asking people how they were, telling them about the menu, etc, but not our slug! She was worse than a bump on a log! Who would hire someone like that for a customer service position??!! The beer and soft pretzel were good, but the hamburger, which we ordered medium, was cooked to death and had NO FLAVOR at all. Just terrible. We then went to buy a beer glass at the desk on our way out and the guy running the register couldnt figure that out. It took about 10 mins. to pay. All around a horrible experience. Save your money and go to the Park Grill or the Old Mill in Pigeon Forge, where you will get awesome service and food. SKIP THE SMOKY MOUNTAIN BREWERY!

great place loved the atmosphere.my wife and me werent very hungry so we split a chesseburger it was awesome and very huge.the pizza looked very good but didnt get a chance to try it but i will next time i go.The beer was great i tried 2 diferent micro brews both very good.the service was great and i didnt notice the live band at first thought it was the jukebox very good place all around.would highly recommend

I recently went to Smokey Mountain Brewery/Restaurant and we LOVED it! I did have one small problem though. When we ordered our pizza, we ordered hamburger and pepperoni, but they gave us pork and green pepper. How could they possibly mix it up? But then they got us our pizza and gave us the delicious appetizer free! That appetizer, oh my god. We had large pretzels with beer-battered cheese dip. I think it may have been the best food I had ever ate. So I definitely recommend anyone who reads this should head over there.
