Your biscuits was the main draw that made me a big fan of Bojangles instead of Hardee's. The biscuits were ALWAYS baked to a golden brown. It got to the point where your drive-thru line and parking lot were full almost all the time in the morning. Things are changing. And not for the better. I'm afraid that some Ex-Hardee's biscuit bakers are now working for you. Your biscuits are going down in quality just like Hardee's did. Your people don't even want to look for a brown biscuit even after it is requested. This is the feeling of several of my friends also. I've never had a problem with your other food items.
