Great Food, Great Prices, Great Service and offer gluten free options. Locally owned and a great break from all the chain restaurants.
Eat there once a week for years and never have had a bad meal.
Excellent Beer selection.
We were with a group of friends and stoped to eat at Cootie Brown's, we've seen it before, never stoped! The Rest is a unique place, the food was great! Rueben was delicous I
had, husband had steak very good! Our friends enjoyed
their meal as well! We will be back again! Fantastic! We were their to look at Speedway of Lights which was so beautiful!
Been to the one in Johnson City, both times we found black hair's in our food, the first time it was in one of the salads the second time it was in a sandwich. The manager came to the table and said since we were outside the wind probably blew it in the sandwich, because all of his kitchen staff have buzz haircuts. Funny thing though, when we checked out, I noticed all the kitchen staff had full head's of black hair and there were no buzz cuts. We will not be going back to the cb's in Johnson City and neither will the 8 people that were with us.
really good food. it isn't a nice intimate dinner spot, but the menu is great and the beer list is nonpareil (as said in such a snarky way in a previous review, but, unfortunately, spelled incorrectly). had an oyster po'boy and key lime pie. delicious.
Their food is decent, and their decor is eclectic. Its a fun place to eat! We enjoy their varieties of pizza, but its nothing that is THAT great! But its pretty cheap too, so thats a benefit!
This place is so cool looking when you pull up to the place. They have the nice selection of food to choose from. I always like sitting on the patio in front to watch the cars.
This is the BEST! For a casual, fantastic lunch/dinner this is the place to go. Try the turkey and chedder sandwich with spinach & cranberries on whole wheat or the original pepperoni pizza...both are wonderful. We drive about 1 1/2 hours to eat here!!
Cootie Browns is a very unique looking place. Very eclectic, but dont let it fool you, it's worth checking out. Great food and specials. They have a great outdoor area to sit at in the warmer months.
I hate eateries where it's against the local law not to have fun and CB's is one of those. From the cutesie logo to the shirts for sale, the distractions are endless. But, and as a friend says "it's a big but", their beer list is non pareil. For you locals, that means it's tops. Do yourself a favor and have beers at Cooties, then go elsewhere for lunch or dinner.
