Moved to Cowan and brought all that good food with him. Best hand cut steaks in 40 miles or more and real Greek food along with some American specialties. Friendly service and John (the owner) usually comes by your table himself. Kids can order... well, almost anything and John'll find a way to fix it. No, I'm not John, I just like the way he runs his restaurant.

Second Avenue Cafe in Winchester, Tennessee is under new ownership since October 2008. The new owner, John Gegumis, is of Greek heritage and cooks the best traditional Greek food I have found anywhere in the Southeast. John's new website is now online http://www.2nd-ave-cafe.com The food is great and getting to know John is even better.
