Thoroughly disappointed & expectations not met

First of all, the service left a lot to be desired. It took quite awhile for a server to even acknowledge our presence and get our drink orders. It also took about 20 minutes thereafter to get our food. We asked for corn bread during our wait and it came out COLD. Only slightly warmer on the next batch and the server never took the first batch away even though it was obvious that we were not eating it.
Our orders were mixed up. Each of us got one of the other's side items instead of what we asked for. We had to ask for drink refills rather than the server seeing our empty glass and offering a refill. No suggestion of dessert by the server either.
The dry rub ribs were both greasy and fatty. I ended up giving them to someone else in my party.
Overall I was very disappointed in my visit. I frequented a Sticky Fingers in Charleston and loved it. I generally DO NOT care for BBQ ribs that much but after sampling a friend's at the Charleston restaurant, we decided to go back during our stay and I ordered the dry rub ribs. They were WONDERFUL.
After raving so much about the place upon my return from the Charleston restaurant, and then getting the opportunity to take my brother to the one in Chattanooga, I felt like he had been gipped. He said that he would return but I don't think I would.
