Krystal, Springfield

The food is great! I'm a big fan of Krystal's! The problem with this Krystal's is that the staff can be very, VERY rude. Including the management staff and ALWAYS the night shift. Granted, there was one night shift crew of two gentlemen who were very kind in suggesting the new chocolate-covered cherry shakes and assuring my order was accurate, hot, and fresh. I was taken back by the change of attitude from the place but after that, I wanted to go more often. My last visit went back to normal. Not a single smile. I waited probably a good 13 minutes before I received my ranch and chili cheese fries, the two young ladies at the window were having a very inappropriate conversation with the sliding glass door open making it audible to my hearing. I figured they were having to cook them fresh so I waited. When one of the girls noticed I was looking at them, they both glared at me and slammed the glass sliding door and walked to the back out of sight. When my order was brought to me, not a smile or even a "thank you, come again!" from either one. It's not that I care about them doing their spill, it was the fact that I was offended and felt very unwelcome at Krystal's. And just to mention, the fries were cold when I got them. FYI: The staff and management are rude (not all but most). The food is mostly of great quality and taste. Usually very fresh.
