good morning, we go to our steak n shake at least once a week and enjoy the food every time. we had an occaision several weeks ago to stop at the resturant on hwy 96 in Franklin, TN and had the worst service and coldest fries that i have ever rec'd. The server complained the whole time that he had too many tables and could not get to all the people. Mind you the place was not very busy, but he could not handle it. My soda was not even filled up 3/4 ths of the way up and we never even got a return to see if we needed anything. We will never go back to that one again. Your team at the one in Murfreesboro is great, my favorites are David Boone, Jamie and Nathan, these three are always smiling and know how to treat customers. they are fantastic!!! thanks for listening and keep up the good work. Sharon
You would think that a thin burger would not satisfy you...but the burgers here will surprise you. They are thin but filling. And they taste great. Their chilli is heavenly, I have to get it each time I go. Topped with cheese, its a real treat. The Banana Split Sippable Sundae is DELICIOUS! They have some of the best tasting milkshakes, nice and rich in flavor. The restaurant is bright, colorful, and clean.
My wife and I ate there about 2 weeks ago, the food was good, the service was good and price is reasonable. My only complaint is that the food just didn't seem hot enough and the coffee was not the best tasting, tasted kind of old. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes nostalgia, and good food at a reasonable price.
It had been over 2 years since my husband and I had been to a Steak n' Shake. We were really pleased with the food and service of this location. They have the best shakes, my favorite was the cheesecake milkshake. The service was great, and so was the food.
The staff at this restaraunt is always wonderful. Wether you are in there at normal hours or at the wee hours of the morning ... they always have a smile on their face. My favorite has to be their Taco Salad. The Chili is great and just try to leave without ordering something from the dessert menu. Up late and hungry? Then venture on over. You won't regret it.
