LA Pizzeria Incorporated, Mobile

the place was very dusty, a little expensive, poor food quality and very bad service. i do business there every 2 month and i never eat in a place before like that poor costumer service.

One of my favorites Restaurants in Mobile. It has great pizza's (many new ones)with thin whole wheat crust (must request), good pasta's and excellent steaks.

Gotta love La Pizzeria...always great food! My date and I ate there last night. The food was great and the service made it an enjoyable evening! This restaurant is one of Mobile's best-kept secrets.

We hosted our son and daughter-in-laws rehearsal dinner there recently and we were so pleased. Everything from the food to the presentation was wonderful. Our experience working with Frankie and his staff far surpassed our expectations. We would highly recommend LaPizzeria to anyone considering a private event there.

My fiance' and I have eaten at LaPizzeria about five times over the past year. We even got engaged there; but our last visit Saturday was a dissapointment! Although the service was prompt and somewhat attentive, the food was a dissapointment. Having lived in Italy a number of years, I know what good Italian food tastes like. I can even give credit to good Amercanized Italian, but the mozzarella stuffed meatball I have left much to be desire. No more than a big meatball with some mozzarella on the underside. Not good and of Pizza Hut quality. My fiance had a seafood past, but the scallops were not well cleaned and gritty. We had to send one Martini back because it just wasnt' made correctly, which the waitress later admitted. I have always loved this place, but if this is their Swan Song, then just close the doors and don't make us suffer the indignities of a poor finish.

I worked near this restaurant for some time; it was convenient so I had numerous experiences. The atmosphere is great, tucked away in cosy historic residential area. However, the food is overpriced considering the quality especially at lunch. Service is unpredictable. Parking can be a challenge.

The food and service is the best Mobile has to offer. The filet is amazing and they have wonderful gourmet pizza. La Pizzeria is a memorable place you can sit back have a glass of wine with a loved one or with a party. If you love Italian, this is your best bet. I would put it up against anything in the United States. I lived in San Fran for 4 years and the food there was really good, but this knocked the socks off of anything I had across this great country.

I have to say that i was very surprised to find such a wonderful restaurant so close to my home. It is kind of hidden and you have to look for it, but it very much worth the search. My wife and I arrived without reservations and were still given a nice table and greeted by our wonderful waiter Kristopher immediately. He told us about the specials and ran to get our drinks. Also brought us the ice water without even being asked (I love that). the soups came out almost as soon as we ordered them. they were followed by our entrees which were cooked to perfection. Can't wait to go back and try the pastas
