Fuji Japanese Cuisine, Oxford

My first visit to this restaurant was on a Friday night. We were told the wait would be abt. 30 minutes. We were seated 1 hour later then waited another 35 mins for a cook. They had 12 areas set up for the cook to prepare the food. There was a shortage of cooks, our order was not cooked correctly, we requested steamed rice which we never received. The cook wasted more food than he served to the other 4 people seated with us. Had already finished the soup and salad before we got our drink from the bar.
