Olive Room, Montgomery

Awesome, clever restaurant. Food was delicious!!- and I have eaten in some really fancy places in large cities over the years. The staff was very friendly, not snooty and let us 'explore' the restaraunt's hidden rooms after other patrons' left.

What a Great time we had. We went 2 times this past week. Tuesday the service was wonderful and the food excels. Friday we listened to a jazz duo. Wow, I didn't think we could get great food and the service we had the first trip but we did. We met Ted Nobles and Steve (forgot his last name). Two of the most genuine people you'll ever meet. Thanks Guys! Wonderful time, we will let everyone know our NEW place to eat.

The title says it all.... It's a great place for romantic dinners. Great food, superb wine list, and a neat atmosphere. The wait staff are attentive, but not pushy. This is one place for a special dinner. It can be kid friendly if your kids have an adventurous appetite.

It is a great escape from everyday. The food is fabulous. The interior design of the restaurant is beautiful. It is a great place to go with friends or with on a date.

I enjoy going to The Olive Room. They have great Martinis. It is different and neat restaurant. They have good food too. The service has always been good.

You won't believe that you are actually in Montgomery, Alabama when you ease into this great getaway restaurant. At one time I had heard it described as the Jetson's meet Dean Martin, a true retro lounge feel. World class gourmet entries and an excellent wine selection. A very special place for that special date, anniversary, or just a night on the town. Not pretentious at all, but as I've said, you really will be amazed to find this gem in Montgomery.
