Nice place to eat, but it is geared more for Americans than the real authenic Korean spice. I am an American who lived in Korea and it is watered down compared to real korean food. But, the yaki mandu is really good.
love the food and the people preparing it. it is a fabulous place to eat if you love authentic korean food. if you are a world traveler and know what you are looking for in korean food you have found it here.
You can tell an ethnic resturant is good by how manuy people from that country eat there. I have been eating there for 19+ years. At one point it was the only place I would eat for lunch when I was in college the buffet has all of the classic Korean tastes and is easy on the poket book.
The service was excellent. The food was great. Not skimpy on anything, even the flavor. The restaurant is small, but it still has a great atmosphere and selection of food. The restaurant is clean, I don't like going into a restaurant where everything looks dirty. I like places, anywhere, to be clean. I am planning on going back soon, when I can get the money.
You know you're at a good Korean restaurant when a good percentage of the clientele in the restaurant are...Korean! Have mainly ordered 'to-go', but recently tried their buffet, which isn't huge, but fresher and tastier than other joints. I recommend their spicy octopus dish and soups.
Located just a short walk from antique shops and several charming restaurants, the house is filled with Victorian era antiques
and beautiful collections. Choose from three upstairs guest rooms, each with a distinctive personality. Enjoy a delicious gourmet breakfast ...
