Cafe 113, Decatur

Exceptional atmosphere. Slightly above average food. Absolutely terrible service. Had to request silver service twice and never received bread requested twice. Any service delivered had to be requested and then was subpar, I had lunch the same day at a Zaxby's in Huntsville and received FAR superior service than at this "Fine Dining" establishment.

Good Food. So far, the best dining experience in Decatur. That isn't saying much. Just ok service. Somewhat overpriced.

Had a really great dinner for our anniversary. Excellent service and the food was outstanding. We usually go to Nashville to get a good steak but will just drive to Decatur from now on. Ate here several years ago and forgot about the place. It really is a great gem to have right here in N AL. Will be returning soon.

113 is one of our favorite places to go!! If you want a casual night out at your local bar with really good bar food and friendly people and service, or if you want a fancy night out on the town with amazing food, they have it all!! Amazing food, great selections, the atmosphere is so cozy and I love the old hollywood feel in the bar! They also have a wonderful wine selection and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful if you need suggestions of a good wine to go with dinner or want to try something new and different! Go, you'll love it!!

My wife and I eat here once a month and have been dining here for about 2 years. I have had everything on the menu. Not once have I been disapointed. The food is excellent each and every time. Some times we eat in the bar and it is very good bar food. Nothing fancy, but very good. The dining room is nicer and the staff is usually very good. From time to time they will be remodeling, but over look that and you will have a really good experience. The wine club they offer is the best deal within 50 miles. They know the wines and always offer a great selection. It is a place that has really good food with a little down home feel to it.

I have dined at cafe 113 many times over the past few years. My wife and I make a point to dine here every year for our anniversary(if we are home). I have purchased gift cards to give to family for Christmas and have never heard a complaint. For all of our previous visits the food has always been excellent, the staff extremely friendly yet professional, and the atmosphere very nice. They always go out of their way to make my dining experience an absolute pleasure. And that is what a trip to 113 is, a dining experience. While writing this piece, I am thinking it is about time to make a visit again. I hope to see you there.

The building and dining room are poorly maintained and dirty. Having recently relocated here from Las Vegas Nevada, we were looking forward to "fine dining". The potatoes are instant. The entrees are obviously frozen. The combinations are poorly chosen. The wait staff attempted to be nice and close at hand, but were awkward because of the poor food. Overall one of the worst food experiences across the country.

This cafe has a sports bar atmosphere. Located downtown Decatur. Busy at lunch and on week ends. Food is good and service is usually excellent. Would recommend trying it.

Cafe 113 and Chef Victor rock! This is not only best dining experience in Decatur, but maybe in all of North Alabama. I took my wife there for Valentine's Day and we were treated with the most class and professionalism then any other restaurant we have ever visited. Everything from the appetizers to the desert was perfect. Chef Victor even makes it a point to come out and talk to each and every table to make sure everything is okay. It is fine dining and it is will cost you more then some chain restaurant, but the food and environment is worthy every penny.

I enjoyed the food very much, from the appetizers to entrees. The bar is very well equipped and nice. They even have a tall, dark, handsome young man who is always very charming and courteous. Ladies you must go to the bar to catch this young lad. He is so cuuuuuttttteeeeeeee!!!!!!!
