i have to say, i haven't eaten at pell city pizza hut since 2008. i had eaten there about 6 times from 2006 - 2008 and every single time the floor and tables were filthy. the people who work there don't care whether they get your order or if you stand there all day. i have walked out of that restaurant due to "lack of service" more than once. and that's why i no longer eat there.

Food and customer service great! The condition of the resturant was more than disappointing. I had to sit on one of the many booth chairs covered with sliver electrical tape. Come on guys, if you run a business you're gonna have to spend a little bit on upkeep!

Family Fun Night

Eight of us went tonight to the Pizza Hut in Pell City for dinner. Usually, it's packed and it's near impossible to get decent service. However, today, there was hardly anyone there. We were served very quickly and had no problem getting our food quickly. It was just pizza and bread sticks, but it was delicious. The kids had fun and they had a good special; one large specialty pizza, one large one topping pizza and bread sticks for $19.99. Not bad for Pell City!
